1. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

  • Some products, such as software, customized items, or opened consumables, may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.

  • Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchange

  • Exchange requests for the same product model can be made if the item is defective or damaged.

  • In case of unavailability, a refund will be issued instead.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Exceptions
